Screw it Screws

SACHYS Industries was started over twenty years ago by Bill & Jill Norquay as a private business to market the "Robertson" Square Drive screw system in Australia. Later the INSTY-BIT range was added. In July 2011 Robert and Ann Low became the new owners of the business.  The business has grown steadily aiming at customers who need highest quality products backed up by excellent service and the highest business ethics.

The "Robertson" screws were invented in Canada by Peter Robertson in 1908. Due to patent restrictions they stayed in Canada for many years and became the standard screw in that country. They are now spreading rapidly through the US and other countries. It is a far superior system and we are sure you will agree “once you use them you don't want to use anything else”.  Not only is the drive system better than the conventional drives, the actual quality of the screws is superb. The screws are extremely strong and the square drive means the driver doesn't jump out and the screw does not break under heavy load.

The INSTY BIT System is the most innovative product line to come on the market in years. With Insty Bit quick-change chucks you simply slide back the sleeve to instantly insert or remove ¼” Hex shank drill bits or standard hex power screwdriver bits of your choice. That’s all there is to it – no hassle, no chuck key! All INSTY BIT products are made in the U.S.A to precision tolerances. Parts subject to stress and wear are hardened and tempered to withstand daily use by industrial users. INSTY BIT ¼” hex power bit products are compatible with INSTY Bit Quick-change chucks, cordless, screwdrivers, and standard power drills.
